The Create Corporation, operating as The Aspect, does not sell your personal information to third parties. We also do not share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising purposes as defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA).

What This Means

Under the CCPA and its amendments (CPRA), California residents have the right to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of their personal information. Because we do not engage in these practices, there is no sale or sharing activity for you to opt out of.

We share data with service providers only to the extent necessary to operate The Aspect (for example, processing payments, delivering emails, and generating personalized content). These service providers are contractually prohibited from using your information for any purpose other than providing services to us.

Your Rights

As a California resident, you have the right to:

• Know what personal information we collect, use, and disclose
• Delete personal information we have collected from you
• Correct inaccurate personal information
• Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (we do not sell or share, so this right is already satisfied)
• Limit the use of sensitive personal information to what is necessary to provide the Service
• Non-discrimination for exercising any of your privacy rights

We also honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals transmitted by your browser as a valid opt-out request.

How to Exercise Your Rights

To submit a privacy rights request, contact us at support@theaspect.app. We will verify your identity using the email address associated with your account and respond within 45 days. If we need additional time, we will notify you of the extension (up to 90 days total).

You may also designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. Authorized agents must provide written authorization from the consumer along with verification of their own identity.
